During the class, your posture will be observed and your movement patterns assessed. Exercises will be based on this initial assessment to address, realign and rebalance specific areas of your body. Classes will work every muscle group to correct muscular and skeletal function. Exercises build up progressively using evolved exercises and Joseph Pilates' original classical matwork repertoire.
